Amy J. Ardman

Amy Ardman has devoted the past 17 years of her legal career defending employers and insurance carriers in their workers’ compensation claims. During the past 17 years, Ms. Ardman has faced almost all possible legal situations in the workers’ compensation arena. Thus, with this extensive extensive experience, employers and insurance carriers can be assured that they are receiving sound legal advice when hiring Ms. Ardman.

 

Prior to defending employers and insurance carriers in their workers’ compensation cases, Ms. Ardman was an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward County State Attorneys Office where she prosecuted felony cases.

 

Ms. Ardman actively and regularly reviews the newest workers’ compensation opinions issued by the First District Court of Appeals. Legal advice given by Ms. Ardman is always based on the newest rulings issued by the First District Court of Appeals.

 

Ms. Ardman attended Stetson Law School in St. Petersburg, Florida where she received her Juris Doctor degree in Law. Her undergraduate degree was earned at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
